In June, the prices of new homes in Shanghai and Changsha saw the highest month-on-month increase.

According to the latest data from the National Bureau of Statistics, in June, among the 70 large and medium-sized cities, the cities with the highest month-on-month increase in new house prices are: Shanghai and Changsha with an increase of 0.4%, tied for first place; Ningbo and Zhanjiang with an increase of 0.3%, tied for second place; Hangzhou and Urumqi with an increase of 0.2%, tied for third place. The only city where the second-hand house price rose on a month-on-month basis was Xining, with an increase of 0.1%.
