On the 13th, it was learned from the Supreme People's Court of China that in the first half of this year, the Supreme Court corrected 1403 cases of "should be filed or not" by the lower courts, and adhered to the principle of filing registration system with a strict attitude. The relevant departments of the Supreme Court stated that they will strengthen supervision and guidance on issues such as "mandatory use" and "repeated submission of traditional complaints after submitting a model text," and resolutely prevent cases from not being filed under the pretext of mandatory application of model texts.
