Part of the Wuxi Evergrande City property worth 2.517 billion yuan will be auctioned for the second time. The C plot planned to be auctioned has been mortgaged to Chang'an International Trust.

On July 12th, according to information disclosed by Alibaba Assets, a total of 1580 housing units on the land on the south side of Wudu Road, west side of Fengrun Road, and east side of Guanshun Road in the Binhu New Area of Taihu New City in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, as well as the land use rights and buildings on Plot C were auctioned. The total assessed value is 4.495 billion yuan, with a starting bid of 2.51743 billion yuan.
