Shanghai Hejing: Promoting mass production of 12-inch 55-nanometer CIS epitaxial wafers.

Shanghai Hejing's top executives recently stated at a performance briefing that the company is focusing on the layout of 12-inch development trend this year, and is fully promoting the mass production of 12-inch 55-nanometer CIS epitaxial wafers. Currently, the expansion project of the Zhengzhou Hejing plant is accelerating. The construction of the plant was completed at the end of April this year, and it is expected that some production line equipment will be gradually installed and tested by the end of the third quarter.
