Lu Dongliang appointed as acting governor of Shanxi province.

The Standing Committee of the Shanxi Provincial People's Congress decides at its 21st meeting of the 14th Shanxi Provincial People's Congress that Lu Dongliang will act as the Acting Governor of the Shanxi Provincial People's Government.
