According to the Qichacha app, recently, Shanghai Songjiang Le Dongli Sports Co., Ltd. was established, with Peng Kun as the legal representative and a registered capital of 2 million yuan. Its business scope includes performance brokerage, sports venue operation, artificial intelligence hardware sales, intelligent robot sales, etc. Equity penetration displayed on Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by Orange Lion Sports Co., Ltd., with the latter's largest shareholder being Hangzhou Ali Venture Investment Co., Ltd.
