Announcement of Meiyan Ji Xiang: The company's holding subsidiary, Meizhou City Meiyan Xuan Yao Cement Co., Ltd., will transfer the 600,000 tons/year cement clinker production capacity index of the 2000 tons/day new dry process cement production line to Tongling Shangfeng Cement Co., Ltd., with a total transaction price of RMB 32.4 million. After the transfer is completed, Meiyan Xuan Yao will legally shut down and dismantle the main equipment such as kilns.
