Jinhui Corporation establishes a new mining company in Gansu.

According to the Qi Cha Cha APP, recently, Gansu Jin Hui Jia Te Mining Co., Ltd. was established, with Wu Zhe as the legal representative and registered capital of 20 million yuan. Its business scope includes non-coal mine mineral resource exploitation, and geological exploration of metal and non-metal mineral resources. Equity penetration displayed by Qi Cha Cha shows that the company is wholly owned by Jin Hui shares.
