Recently, with the approval of the Shenzhen Municipal Government, the Shenzhen Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau issued the implementation plan for the "2025 Shenzhen Construction Land Supply Plan", with a planned supply of 1060 hectares of construction land in the city for 2025. This year, there will be a significant increase in the supply of industrial land to lay the foundation for the high-quality development of the Shenzhen economy; an adequate supply of residential and public utility land will be provided, with flexible arrangements for the timing of supply to achieve precise supply of various types of land. In terms of industrial land, the planned supply for 2025 is 514 hectares, a significant increase from the 313 hectares supplied in 2024. Shenzhen adheres to the idea of industrial development, ensuring the supply of high-quality industrial space to meet the land needs for the "20+8" strategic emerging industries and future industries, helping to achieve the planning goals of advanced manufacturing industrial park systems with high recognition, clustering and carrying capacity, as well as high-tech innovation clusters with high innovation concentration, economic density, service level, and cultural vitality.
