On Wednesday, the New York spot gold rose by 0.59% to $3373.14 per ounce in the closing session, with the price significantly increasing to a daily high of $3384.74 after the release of the US ISM non-manufacturing index at 22:00 Beijing time. COMEX gold futures also increased by 0.64% to $3398.80 per ounce, reaching a daily high of $3409.70 at 22:44. The Philadelphia Gold and Silver Index rose by 0.89% to 205.01 points. Spot silver dropped by 0.02% to $34.5103 per ounce, experiencing a significant drop after 18:20 to reach a daily low of $34.1880 at 18:49. COMEX silver futures increased by 0.11% to $34.670 per ounce. COMEX copper futures also rose by 0.65% to $4.8990 per pound.
