Two plots of residential land in Bao'an and Guangming districts of Shenzhen have been approved, with a total area of approximately 10 hectares.

On June 2nd, Shenzhen announced the approval notice for the 4th batch of urban construction land and 5 other batches until 2025. This announcement involves two residential land parcels, including one in Bao'an district with a land area of approximately 9.7 hectares designated for "residential, storage, and transportation use" and one in Guangming district with a land area of approximately 0.36 hectares designated for purely residential use.
