Yiwei Group (03893) issued a total of HKD 95.5 million convertible bonds to HIL and MKI.

The Zhtng Financial APP News reported that Ywi Group (03893) issued an announcement on June 2, 2025 (after trading hours), stating that the company had entered into a HIL subscription agreement with HIL. According to this agreement, HIL conditionally agreed to subscribe while the company conditionally agreed to issue and issue HIL convertible bonds in the amount of HK$57.1 million. This is to be used to partially settle the Company's obligations related to HIL loans and previous loans.
