The Zhitong Finance APP reports that MAYER HOLDINGS (01116) has announced that Guo Zhaowen Li Shaqishi Xunxian (Guo Xunxian) has resigned: (i) as an authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange (Authorized Representative of the Listing Rules); and (ii) as an authorized representative of the company under the Companies Ordinance (Hong Kong Cap. 622) for receiving legal process documents or notices in Hong Kong (Authorized Representative of the Companies Ordinance), with effect from May 30, 2025.
