Fu Bo Group (03738.HK) has completed the issuance of 1.558 billion Hong Kong dollars in zero-coupon convertible bonds.

According to the news from the Wisdom Financial APP, Everbright Group (03738.HK) announced that it has completed the issuance of HK$155.8 million zero-interest convertible bonds due in 2028 on May 30, 2025, with a conversion price of HK$3.80 per share. The net proceeds of approximately HK$152 million will be used for the development and investment in Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC) related businesses, with 75% earmarked for this purpose. The remaining 25% will be used for general working capital purposes to facilitate the group's operational activities.
