Raytron: Raytron's convertible bond conversion price has been adjusted to 39.47 yuan per share.

Wisdom Micro Announcement: Due to the increase in new shares of restricted stock ownership registration, the conversion price of Wisdom Convertible Bonds will be adjusted from 39.52 yuan per share to 39.47 yuan per share. The adjusted conversion price will take effect from June 4, 2025. Wisdom Convertible Bonds will be suspended from conversion on June 3, 2025 and will resume conversion on June 4, 2025.
