Another road leading to Bing Zhongluo Town was also impassable due to rising water. According to local authorities, rescue personnel are working to clear the roads, but the reopening time is uncertain. Rescue personnel on site described that the section of National Highway 219 in Gongshan County was interrupted by mudslides, and the other road was also interrupted due to flooding. Officials from Bing Zhongluo Town confirmed that the incident did not cause any casualties. The Gongshan County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning for heavy rain at 12:00 on the 30th.
