Chengzhi Corporation announced that its holding subsidiary, Nanjing Chengzhi Yongqing Energy Technology Co., Ltd., recently received a notice from the Tax Inspection Bureau of the Nanjing Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation, requesting the payment of consumption tax, tax surcharge, and related late fees for carbon pentanes products, totaling 166 million yuan. Chengzhi Yongqing has completed the full payment of the relevant amount, and the local tax authorities have not imposed any penalties. It is expected that this will impact the company's net profit for the year 2025 by approximately 132 million yuan.
