Wog Optoelectronics: proposed a private placement to raise funds not exceeding 1.5 billion yuan, for use in projects such as glass-based Mini LED display backlight modules.

On May 30th, Voc Light announced that it plans to issue up to 67.0432 million A-shares to no more than 35 specific investors, with a total fundraising amount not exceeding 1.5 billion yuan. The net amount of funds raised, after deducting issuance expenses, will be used for the glass-based Mini LED display backlight module project, supplementing working capital, and repaying bank loans.
