Beijing Releases List of Planned Residential Land for Sale in Fifth Round in 2025.

The website of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources has released the list of intended residential land for commodity housing supply in the fifth round of 2025, involving a total of 8 parcels of land with an area of approximately 33 hectares and a building scale of about 720,000 square meters. The above-mentioned land will be available for supply before the end of June 2025.
