Capital Taiwan Financial News App reports, Datong Group (00544.HK) announced that Mr. Oudawei and Mr. Feng Huagao have submitted written resignation letters to the board of directors. In order to devote more time to their respective other business commitments and work arrangements, both Mr. Oudawei and Mr. Feng Huagao have resigned from their positions as non-executive directors of the company.
