According to the official WeChat account of the Rongmedia Center in Jiading District, Shanghai, today (May 30th), the Porsche China Research and Development Center project officially signed in Jiading. It is understood that the Porsche China Research and Development Center is located in the modern office space of Jiangqiao Town in Jiading District, adjacent to the core area of Shanghai Hongqiao Transportation Hub, with an area of over 10,000 square meters. The center is equipped with professional workshops, human-machine interaction (HMI) laboratories, and is designed with an agile innovation culture to greatly improve development speed and efficiency. The first phase of the project is expected to be put into use in the second half of 2025, and will be able to accommodate over 300 engineers by then. The first technological achievement of the establishment of the research and development center, a customized information entertainment solution specifically for the Chinese market, is planned to be installed in Porsche models in 2026.
