After this equity change, the proportion of shares owned by the transferor in the total share capital of the company decreased from 34.62% to 31.64%, crossing an integer multiple of 1%. This change is done through inquiry transfer method and will not involve centralized bidding trading or trigger a tender offer. The buyers are 22 institutional investors who are not allowed to transfer the shares within 6 months after the acquisition.
