Tianbao Energy (01671.HK) signed an EPC contract with the Sixth Design and Research Institute of Machinery Industry.

Wisdom Finance APP News, Tianbao Energy (01671.HK) announced that on May 30, 2025, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Tianbao Xineng (as the employer) entered into an EPC contract with the Sixth Design and Research Institute of Machinery Industry (as the contractor). According to the EPC contract, the Sixth Design and Research Institute of Machinery Industry will provide EPC turnkey services for the distributed photovoltaic project to Tianbao Xineng. The contract price under the EPC contract shall not exceed RMB 63,645,350 (including tax), subject to the actual installed capacity.
