Chongqing optimizes entrepreneurial guaranteed loan policies, with a maximum loan amount of 6 million RMB.

Recently, the Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, the Municipal Finance Bureau, and the Chongqing Branch of the People's Bank of China jointly issued a "Notice on Adjusting and Optimizing the Work of Entrepreneurship Guarantee Loans in Our City", through "increasing the amount, providing subsidies, and reducing costs", further reducing the cost of entrepreneurship financing. The individual entrepreneurship guarantee loan amount has been increased from 300,000 yuan to 500,000 yuan; the loan amount for small and micro enterprises has been increased from 4 million yuan to 6 million yuan; the loan amount for individuals who partner in entrepreneurship has been increased from 330,000 yuan per person to 550,000 yuan per person, with a total loan amount of up to 6 million yuan. For eligible entrepreneurship guarantee loans, the financial department provides a maximum subsidy of 0.5% per year for the guarantee fee. At the same time, it is stipulated that extension and overdue loans generally do not qualify for subsidies.
