According to the Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, on May 30th, the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Reply on Approving the Initial Public Offering of Shares of Yangzhou Tianfulong Group Co., Ltd." It is reported that Tianfulong plans to list on the Shanghai Stock Exchange main board, with CITIC Securities as its sponsor, and plans to raise 790 million yuan.
