Anaida has set up a new subsidiary for driver technology in Guangdong.

According to the Enterprise Check App, recently, Annada Drive Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhang Weiyin as the legal representative. Its business scope includes sales of mechanical and electrical equipment, manufacturing of electric motors, manufacturing of electronic components, and retail of electronic components. Equity penetration data from Enterprise Check shows that the company is wholly owned by Annada.
