Hunan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and other 9 departments: Cancel the standards for general residential and non-general residential properties. For counties where there is no housing for those planning to purchase a house, and for those purchasing their first newly built commercial residential property, actively adopt a deed tax subsidy policy. For families with two or more children and underaged children purchasing their first or second newly built commercial residential property, they are encouraged to provide a certain percentage of deed tax subsidy, as well as a certain amount of monetary or area subsidies. At the same time, the loan amount for families with two or more children and underaged children using housing provident fund loans will be increased by no less than 20% or 30% compared to the existing basis.
In addition, Hunan will increase support for families with multiple children purchasing homes. For families with two or more children and underaged children buying a new house, if they already own a house in the county where they plan to purchase the housing, one unit will be deducted from the number of units recognized, and housing credit policies will be implemented according to the standards after deduction. In terms of talent purchasing houses, Hunan supports local governments in acquiring existing commercial properties for use as talent housing. These properties can be provided free of charge for a certain period to entrepreneurial college students and young talents, and can also be used for free as entrepreneurial venues for entrepreneurial college students and young talents.
