Jiang Yan Group: Appoint Ren Yanfei as the Company's Board Secretary.

On May 30, Jiangyan Group announced that, upon nomination by Mr. Hu Shiping, Chairman of the Company, and with no objections from the Board's Strategy and Nomination Committee, the Board agreed to appoint Ren Yanfei as the Secretary of the Board of Directors, with a term consistent with the second term of the Board.
