There are reports that Sam's Club has initiated a round of regional organizational adjustments, redividing the existing 6 regions and creating new Jiangsu and Zhejiang regions, making a total of 7 regions in the Sam's China region. The new Sam's Club region structure after this reorganization is: South region, Shenzhen region, Jiangsu region, Zhejiang region, Shanghai region, North region, Central region.
