According to ABC News on May 29th, Keith Kellogg, the US Special Envoy for Ukraine, stated in an interview that the National Security Advisers of the United Kingdom, France, and Germany will meet with US officials in Istanbul, Turkey on June 2nd. However, he did not disclose whether officials from these countries will directly participate in the Russia-Ukraine negotiations.
