YooCai Resources signed a three-year lease contract for a project workshop with its wholly-owned subsidiary for 150 million yuan.

On the afternoon of May 30, Youcai Resources announced that the company had recently signed a "Lease Contract" with its wholly-owned subsidiary Hengze Technology. Hengze Technology will rent out the workshop of the "Annual Production of 80,000 Tons of Functional Composite Special Fibers" project to Youcai Resources, including the building and production equipment. The lease period is from June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2028, with an annual rent of 8 million yuan for the building and 42 million yuan for the production equipment, totaling 150 million yuan for the three-year lease.
