Sichuan's first grid-connected photovoltaic energy storage power station is fully operational and generating electricity.

According to CCTV news, today, Sichuan Province's first grid-connected photovoltaic energy storage power station - the Sichuan Hongyuan Yake Photovoltaic Power Station, completed a ten-day operation test and officially started full operation and grid-connected power generation. After the full capacity grid-connected power generation of the project, it is expected to generate an annual electricity of about 4.5 billion kilowatt-hours. Compared with thermal power projects with the same amount of electricity generation, it can save 150,000 tons of standard coal each year, and correspondingly reduce carbon emissions.
