According to the report from Gazprom, the Russian natural gas industry company, the natural gas production in Russia is expected to increase by 17.2% to reach 4161.9 billion cubic meters by 2024. Gazprom also pointed out in the report: "As of 2024, the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Region remains the main natural gas production area in Russia, with 63% of the country's reserves concentrated locally."
