In the first four months of this year, Qingdao's housing provident fund has driven housing consumption by nearly 10 billion yuan.

On May 28, the Qingdao Housing Provident Fund Management Center launched the "Promote Consumption, Assist in Housing, Benefit People's Livelihood" open day for government agencies. It was reported on the spot that in the first four months of this year, the city's housing provident fund has issued loans totaling 39.9 billion yuan to more than 6,700 households, a year-on-year increase of 30.4%. It supported the purchase of housing with a total area of 769,000 square meters, driving housing consumption by 9.8 billion yuan, effectively boosting housing consumption.
