Fitch Ratings: Confirms CK Asset Holdings Limited (01972.HK) "A" long-term foreign currency issuer rating with an outlook of "Stable"

On May 28th, Moody's confirmed the long-term foreign currency issuer default rating (IDR) of Swire Properties Limited (01972.HK) as "A". The outlook is stable. Moody's also confirmed the senior unsecured rating of Swire Properties as "A" and the rating of the medium-term note program and senior unsecured debt issued by Swire Properties MTN Financing Limited as "A".
