According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Tibet Gaoneng Jiejia New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Wu Xiujiao as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes: new material technology research and development; rubber product sales; rubber processing special equipment sales; plastic product sales; metal material sales; environmental protection special equipment sales; and new energy vehicle sales, etc. The equity penetration information displayed by Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by Hangzhou Gaonengming New Material Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Gaoneng Environmental.
