Bomin Electronics' first high-end PCB factory "Chuangxin Intelligent Manufacturing Park" built for the AI era has started production today. The total investment of the park is 3 billion RMB, with a planned production capacity of 3.6 million square meters per year. Currently, the first specialized intelligent manufacturing factory in Chuangxin Intelligent Manufacturing Park, focusing on high-speed and high-reliability PCB products in the fields of AI servers, network communications, and automotive electronics, M4 factory has begun production, featuring 52 layers, a thickness-diameter ratio of 30:1, and 7-order HDI capability, with an annual output capacity of 360,000 square meters for high-end products.
