It has been exclusively learned from multiple sources that Zhiyuan Robot is about to complete a new round of financing. This round of investment will include JD.com and Shanghai Jushen Intelligent Fund, with some existing shareholders of Zhiyuan Robot also participating. Shanghai Jushen Intelligent Fund is a state-owned fund established in April 2025, jointly initiated by Shanghai State-owned Capital Investment Co., Ltd. and Pudong New Area, mainly focusing on investing in the upstream and downstream of the intelligent industry chain. Zhiyuan Robot is also the first investment made by this fund.
