Learn skills alongside industry: subsidized training exceeds 8 million person-times in the first three quarters

The reporter learned from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security that since the beginning of this year, China has fully implemented the "Skills Illuminate the Future" training initiative, with more than 8 million person-times of subsidized training carried out in the first three quarters. This year, the country has launched large-scale vocational skills upgrading training by field and by industry, supporting leading enterprises in the sector to build an integrated work chain that coordinates recruitment, training, evaluation, and employment. A corresponding training and certification mechanism has also been established in the field of two-wheeled electric vehicle repair, and 21-year-old Rong Kuo grew from a store apprentice into a senior maintenance engineer.
