Boreton (01333.HK) proposes to place up to 18.3162 million new H shares, raising approximately HK$199 million net

Zhito Finance APP News, Breton (01333.HK) announced that on October 13, 2026, the Company entered into a placing agreement with the placing agent, pursuant to which the placing agent has agreed to act as the Company's agent to use its best endeavors to procure not fewer than six placees to subscribe, in accordance with the terms and subject to the conditions set out in the placing agreement, for up to 18,316,200 new H Shares at a placing price of HK$12.06 per H Share.
