FWD Group (01828) plans to acquire a 25% equity stake in Prudential Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited for US$20.72 million.

Zhito Finance APP News, FWD Group (01828) announced that on October 10, 2026, the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary FWD Limited entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Bolttech Discovery Holdings Limited to acquire the sale shares (representing 25% of the issued share capital of the target company, Bolttech Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited), for a base consideration of US$20.72 million, subject to completion adjustments. At completion, the parties will sign a shareholders' agreement and a consent letter.
