The Office of the People's Government of Sichuan Province recently issued the "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Integration of the 'Three Networks' of Passage Network, Logistics Network, and Data Network." The opinions propose an orderly expansion of unmanned logistics cultivation. Unmanned logistics scenarios will be systematically expanded in areas such as urban and rural distribution, trunk transportation, park short-distance transport, warehousing and sorting, and loading and unloading. Actively nurture smart collaborative scenarios of "unmanned vehicles + drones" and "manned vehicles + drones." Promote the transformation and upgrading of green logistics. Relying on key logistics corridors, green hydrogen routes, and zero-carbon transport corridors, improve the energy supplement network with charging and swapping stations, hydrogen refueling stations, etc., to promote the large-scale application of new energy heavy trucks. Support the creation of zero-carbon freight hubs. Focus on "new three varieties" products such as lithium batteries, photovoltaic modules, and new energy vehicles, and promote collaboration between the government and the market to establish a carbon emission accounting and carbon footprint management system, guide enterprises in establishing carbon asset management systems, and participate in carbon trading, driving the green and low-carbon transformation of the entire industry in production, circulation, and consumption.
