According to a report from Tencent today, WeChat Work has fully upgraded its CLI and MCP capabilities. Mainstream AI Agents such as WorkBuddy, Deepseek Harness, and Minimax Code can now directly integrate with WeChat Work to utilize its features to complete tasks. Companies can also connect their self-built Agents based on the open interfaces. This open upgrade is available to companies of all sizes, relieving previous restrictions based on the number of employees or qualifications, and covers ten capability modules including documents, spreadsheets, emails, meetings, schedules, and address books.
