Zhongnan Culture (002445.SZ): Plans to adjust the major asset restructuring plan, newly adding the purchase of 50% equity in Jiangyin Thermal Power.

Zhitong Finance APP news, Zhongnan Culture (002445.SZ) announced that the company plans to add to its original acquisition of a 57.3% equity stake in Jiangyin Sulong Thermal Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as Sulong Thermal Power) by purchasing a 50% equity stake in Jiangyin Thermal Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as Jiangyin Thermal Power) through the issuance of shares and payment in cash, thereby including the 50% equity stake in Jiangyin Thermal Power as part of this major asset restructuring transaction. Upon completion of the acquisition, both Sulong Thermal Power and Jiangyin Thermal Power will become subsidiaries controlled by the company, which will facilitate the integration of operations and resource coordination between the two targets and achieve business synergy effects. The companys stock will be suspended from trading starting August 17, 2026 (Monday). The company expects to disclose the revised transaction plan within no more than five trading days.
