Kenya unveils a diversified financing plan, proposing to issue Panda bonds, Samurai bonds, and Euro-denominated bonds.

According to a report from the Kenyan Ministry of Finance, the East African country plans to issue 815 million in Eurobonds by the end of December 2026, and to issue a total of $881 million in Samurai loans and Samurai bonds by the end of March 2027.
