Zhitong Financial APP News, Yaju Medical (06929.HK) announced that Ms. Liu Guizhen has been appointed as the co-Chief Executive Officer of the company, serving alongside Mr. Qian Yongxun in this role; and she will no longer serve as the Chief Operating Officer of the company, effective from August 17, 2026.
