VinFast signs a memorandum of understanding with Gowa Motor to establish a joint venture for electric vehicle distribution in Indonesia.

According to the company announcement, VinFast, a subsidiary of Vingroup, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Gowa Automotive Group to establish a joint venture that aims to build a nationwide electric vehicle dealership network in Indonesia. The goal of the joint venture is to set up at least 30 showrooms and service centers in Indonesia. The representatives who signed the agreement include Antonio Zara, CEO of VinFast Southeast Asia, and Sadikin Aksha, Commissioner of Gowa Automotive Group.
