The third APEC Senior Officials' Meeting is being held in Dalian, Liaoning starting today.

From today until August 28, the third Senior Officials' Meeting and related meetings of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) will be held in Dalian, Liaoning Province in 2026. This meeting will be the largest in terms of attendance and the most active in terms of events among all Senior Officials' Meetings, and it will promote more collaborative outcomes across various fields and mechanisms under the APEC framework, preparing for the Leaders Meeting in November. It is expected that over 2,300 representatives from APEC member economies, the secretariat, and other entities will attend.
