Stripe has acquired AI company OpenRouter for over $7 billion.

On August 16 local time, it was reported that sources revealed that payment service provider Stripe has finalized an agreement to acquire AI startup OpenRouter for over $7 billion. The final price of the acquisition may still fluctuate.
