Fuhong Hanlin (02696) has reached a strategic cooperation with Sandoz.

According to the Zhongtong Finance APP, Fuhong Hanlin (02696) announced that on August 16, 2026, the company entered into a cooperation framework agreement with Sandoz AG (Sandoz), and reached a product subsidiary agreement for the first batch of cooperative products, as well as an option agreement for a potential cooperative product. The total invoicing amount expected to be achieved based on the agreements reached above is estimated to not exceed $100.5 million in 2026, contingent upon the terms and conditions agreed upon by both parties.
